Though the movie was awful, it did have some cool props. This is one of them. This is the licensed ICONS prop that probably never saw the market. As per the plaque, mine is number 281. I think this is a very nice piece, and I'm sad to see that there are not more of these in circulation. The chrome plating is a nice touch, despite the fact that there are a few flaws in the plating. The rang also has a bit of an arch to it, which is probably an artifact of the plating process. I acquired this from profession prop maker Mike Moore of HMS. HMS makes all the props for the Star Trek television shows. Interestingly enough, this piece has the stink of Guy Raz all over it. In one of his attempts to gain favor with the studios, he offered to broker some pieces for Mike. As I am a big Batman fan, I jumped on it. I think I paid something like 350 for it.
