This is a brilliantly executed fan made Farscape prop. This is a replica of the chips that Peacekeepers use to pass around information. They've showed up in a few episodes, usually containing a warrant for John Crichton or something. Looks like this one is made from aluminum, with vinyl appliques. It's really well made, and looks great. For a fan made prop, this is really top notch. I've seen a few reference screen grabs of the ones used in the show, and this is a dead ringer. Great work, whoever the maker is!
