This style of garage door can be seen throughout the film. Though I am unsure exactly where this was used, I can say with 100% confidence that it was used on screen. I acquired this from an individual who works in the industry, and comes across pieces like this from time to time. From what I understand, this piece was in danger of heading to the dumpster, were it not rescued.
This piece is constructed entirely of Evergreen styrene. It was hand painted and distressed to make it look worn. It was held in place by some two sided foam hanging tape. Good stuff. I acquired this piece at the same time as my “Park Zorg” garage door. Quite a coup!
