This weapon was seen during the Leeloo chase sequence towards the beginning of The Fifth Element.

This project was a team effort, where I was the weakest link. I spent roughly five hours completing my portion of the build up.

This is a super fantastic piece of work, sculpted by a good pal named Shawn Morgan. This was sculpted entirely from screen captures and other common references. If I'm not mistaken, the master is made out of wood. It's an amazing piece of work. The only work I did on this piece was to clean the seam up on a resin copy, and primer it. The bulk of the finishing work was done by super-pal Tim Arp, a real life Hollywood special effects dude. Tim did the most amazing paint job I have ever seen on an item. A true work of art. Tim also tweaked the master a bit so that the engraving was on the sides. I don't know where he got it done, but it turned out great. There is also an LED embedded in the gun somewhere. Too cool for my blood.
