I document this here because I only managed to acquire the undercarriage for this car. Obviously, the taxi is the main car in the movie, and I love it. Though I have a few copies of the taxi in my collection, the undercarriage was rebuilt along the way, and is not entirely screen accurate. So, this brings me to these two new pieces: genuine taxi undercarriages. I am 100% confident that these are the actual undercarriages used on the taxi miniatures, as it was confirmed by an industry pro who has held a pristine taxi miniature in his hands. The third picture on this page shows a comparison between the real, screen accurate taxi undercarriage and the taxi as scratch built by a very talented friend of mine.
