This style of garage door can be seen throughout the film. Though I am unsure exactly where this was used, I can say with 100% confidence that it was used on screen. I acquired this from an individual who works in the industry, and comes across pieces like this from time to time. From what I understand, this piece was in danger of heading to the dumpster, were it not rescued.
The miniature is quite big. It’s over one foot long, and is very sturdy. The main door is made of a black vacuum formed piece with a styrene frame around it. The “Zorg” banner appears to be hand painted.
