This is probably the most embarassing prop in my entire collection. I purchased this when I found
out that the Parker Jotter was the pen used in the filming of the movie. Hey, it seemed like a
good idea at the time, but now that I look at it, it's pretty lame.
Though this did play a pivotal role in the movie, I think this is a good example of a "Below the Line"
prop. By below the line, I mean a prop that is not at all respectable. This is just my personal
opinion of course, but I beleive that just because something appears in a movie, does not mean
you should run out and try to make one, or copy it. You don't see people scrambling to find the
same blankets that were used by the inmates in "Alcatraz". Hey, maybe you do. I just think that
this prop is so insignificant that it doesn't deserve a place in my collection. Still, I keep it
to remind me of the fact that just because something shows up on screen, doesn't mean I need to
have one.
