Just in time for halloween, it's The Rocketeer!
This picture is my favorite, probably because I don't look like a total retard.
Please excuse the low-rent appartment in the pictures. We're just about to move into a house after our wedding, but in the mean time, my wife and I have 30+ years worth of junk belonging to two people crammed into a tiny one bedroom appartment!

Here I'm putting on the gloves, getting ready to go out for some crime fighting. The shirt is a Docker's shirt I got at costco for like 12 bucks. Color and fabric looks good, but the buttons are the wrong color.
I don't think my braces are very accurate either. Oh well. It's the price you pay for beauty, folks.

Another shot with the gloves, this time not as goofy.
The pants are also a Dockers product. They actually don't fit me really well, but the Jods I was trying to get didn't quite pan out. Like so many other folks across the country, I ended up hitting the sewing machine an hour before the party to tighten up the calves on my pants. They turned out passable, but not very accurate.

Boots turned out decent. Spent about a week breaking them in. Took them to work a few days and wore them around. Also walked around the block a few times in them. Still pretty uncomfortable, and not a really good fit, but oh well. They look great.
I did end up taking the boots down to my local cobbler to have the calves loosened up a bit. The maker made them a bit too tight.
You can also see the pack in the corner.

Am I drunk in that picture? Stoned? Neither, just caught by surprise.

And here's the money shot. No pack, but essentially the entire outfit. I never got around to making the control gauntlets, but I don't think anybody noticed.
