I purchased this online.

A very nicely made replica of Lex's business card. This appears to have been professionally printed, and is very nice. The graphics could be at a little higher resolution, as there is some pixellation in the output. Still, it's very nice. I am unsure of which episodes this prop appeared in. Sorry for the fuzzy picture.
