This is a fan made replica of the Jor-El pendant discovered by Clark. This was from an episode of Smallville that took place in 1968 or something. Looks like Clarks dad did a little advance scouting to Smallville before sending his son off to grow up under the yellow sun. It’s a bit of a twist on the mythology that I don’t really care for, but oh well. I mean, you know, if you traveled across the galaxy and discovered a planet that gave you god-like powers, would you head back home so that you could die with your planet? Not sure if that’s too good of an idea, but oh well. Overall, this is a pretty nice piece, and is a good representation of what was seen on screen. It probably needs to be polished. Not sure how accurate the chain is. It’s held in place by epoxy on the back. From the one used in the episode, it looks like they used a few different ones for the different shots, so it’s probably impossible to get the “perfect” pendant. Oh well, still a pretty nice piece.
