This is a licensed prop offered by Warner Bros. through their online store. They offered the shirt in yellow, red, and grey. However
when I went to purchase one, the only color left in my size was grey. Bummer for me. Still, I survive.
This shirt is actually quite cool, and I'm wearing it right now as I type this. I think it's really great that a studio would produce something as obscure as a shirt that was featured in one episode.
