This is a neat prop because it illustrates how slowly the wheels of prop progress turn. I acquired the master for this piece years ago, and it is only now that I have a completed piece. To make matters worse, it wasn’t even me that built it up, but a good friend of mine. Oh well. The paints for this piece were eyeballed from the screen capture posted on my website. The painter is very familiar with the paint codes commonly used on DS9, so odds are, he got them right. To make this prop that much cooler, the maker sunk a magnet into the body of it. While it won’t stick to fruit, it would probably work nicely on a refrigerator. Please check out the screen capture and picture of my master on my Ferengi Bug page.
