Seen in multiple episodes of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.

This was given to me as a gift. The cool thing about it is that it's not resin, but is actually plated SOMETHING. I don't know what it is made of, though it is far too heavy to be made of resin. This is one of the larger bars of latinum. I guess from the show there were strips, bars, and some other type of latinum. This one is the biggens. If you look at the writing on the top of the bar, you can see the names of two people who work at HMS, the company that does the props for trek.
