This is a great Karma story. I don't know what I did for the dude who gave this to me, but he was insistent on donating this piece to my collection. The piece is actually an unaltered CD/accessory case from a company named LaserLine. This particular model is no longer manufactured. For the episode Relativity, 7 needed a case to carry around some stuff (probably a tricorder and phaser) so the propmasters grabbed what was available. As far as I can tell from screen captures, the case was unmodified for its use in the show. If you're the dude who gave me this case, please drop me an e-mail so I can give you credit here.
