Seen in the Star Wars: Episode I Visual Dictionary.

I purchased these for nine dollars each.

To my knowledge, these props were not seen on screen in The Phantom Menace. I sure can't find them anywhere. They appear prominently in the DK Visual Dictionary. However, there are a few items in the visual dictionary that were either specifically made for the book (for example, the yodas saber) or are just "fantasy" props. (Such as the cutaway Luke saber in the other visual dictionary) So you can't really put too much credence in the book, but hey... it's in there. I purchased these at a local Lechters store in the mall. I got these when there was a frenzy on for anything episode one. now that this frenzy has died down, I really don't value these pieces very highly. They are a curiosity at best.
