It's Friday! I'm writing this blog entry on Tuesday of the following week, so things are a bit blurry. Judging from the photos, it looks as if tonight consisted primarily of wrapping up some odds and ends as far as painting of greeblie bits goes.
I didn't really do a whole heck of a lot today, but small steps are better than no steps. Just as Neil Armstrong. I removed the masking tape from the ankle details, and the remaining three parts turned out really great. Same thing with the coin slots.
The lines aren't perfectly crisp, but the flaws will only be visible to someone six inches away from it. I think that makes me happy. This picture also shows the main holo-eye with the masking tape removed from the center hole. I think I already showed this in a previous blog entry. But it's just so darn nice, it deserves a re-showing.
