Lots of little odds and ends taken care of today, and a bunch of time spent on that darn dome ring.

Believe it or not, I actually used up all of the Maxim Universal Bonding Adhesive that I purchased a while ago. The packaging for that stuff is kind of a hoodwink, as the big tube they send you is only actually half way full of adhesive. The rest is just a plastic plunger. Oh well. It's still great stuff. For reference, I finally have a link to someone who sells the stuff. I found a couple of suppliers for it. They all tend to absolutely kill you on shipping and handling. So if you dig around for some of your own, be sure to check out the shipping and handling costs while price comparing.

Here's the parts that I clear coated yesterday, all cured and ready to be dealt with.

I used that hardware I picked up at ACE yesterday to attach the now cured ankle details. These ankles are lookin' good. If not for the fact that I used the wedges on the center foot instead of the outer foot, I'd have them here to attach now. Oh well

I also did some prep work for tomorrow's clear coat session. I'm down to my last little squirt of clear coat, and I hope to be able to wrap up everything before running out. One surface I forgot to coat earlier was the underside of the center foot. I masked it off because I don't want all kinds of overspray going onto the rest of the foot to ruin the clear coat that is already there.

No picture of the big time consumer today. I spent a number of hours working on cleaning up that neck ring today. The horrible clear coat I gave it yesterday was a real bear to clean up. I actually had to use a metal file to knock down some of the gobs of clear coat that had formed from over spraying it. I made a ton of progress on it, and got to a point where it really only needs a few more attacks with the Turtle Wax polish.
