Sightings

At this time (August, 2007) R2 has not made any real public appearances, as he is not yet finished. Though he has rolled down the driveway of my appartment complex a couple of times, I hardly consider that an appearance.

• R2-LA V. It's finally here!.
• R2-OC. Not really a sighting, just a geek get together.
• My Driveway. R/C test.

I have a few proper "events" in the pipeline, which are probably worth mentioning and a giggle.

• Lil' Will's Birthday Bash. The son of my good friend Bill Fischer has requested that "wobots" be at his birthday party. Who am I to refuse.
• R2's "Coming out" party. My brother in law George has decided that R2 needs a "coming out" party. Of course, it's the garage that R2 will be emerging from, not the shadows of some social stigma. This'll be a good opportunity for me to entertain the kiddies, and probably gain some experience in seeing what kinds of crazy stuff kids try to do to R2. Like pull parts off and stuff.
