This was a quick stop on my way to Horncastle for a business meeting. Lincoln is a bigger city, and it was the closest train stop for me along the way. I'm glad I had a chance to walk around, as it was actually quite nice. I dunno why so many people are so down on northern England, as it treated me pretty well.

Then again, I was only there one day :)

I found a little bridge crossing over a road that afforded me a nice view of a big cathedral up the hill. Very cool architecture, but I'm a nut for that type of stuff.

A fun little shopping center just around the back side of the bus depot. Very cosmoplitain!

Oh no! Shades of the attack geese at the meadows in Oxford! Fortunately, these ducks seemed far more civilized and domesticated. Thank goodness!

Ah, the train station! I spent way too much time here just cooling my heels, so it holds a certain place in my heart, and is worthy of a photo on the site.
