Well, here I am back in Oxford once again. Or should I say, here I am visiting frickin' Hogwarts! I had the distinct pleasure of staying at St. Hugh's College, one of the Oxford Colleges. Does that make me an Oxford boy? I don't know. But check this out! This place TOTALLY looked like something straight out of a Harry Potter movie. Ok, maybe a little less glam, but still quite old-world and nice. This college had all of the cornerstones of a good Potter movie. There was a weird forest in the back yard. Maybe Hagrid lived there? There was a creepy big tree in the main court yard. There was a big dining hall, and there were all kinds of old-world dormitories and paintings lying around.

No ghosts though.

I went to Oxford to do some stuff with my brother in law's company again. Basically training stuff, which is pretty much my strong suit.

The front entrance to Hogwarts. Er, I mean St. Hugh's College.

This is what I like to refer to as a "Historical Re-enactment" of a memorable event. Here, Jasper is recreating the events after a particular night of pubbery where we had to climb over the wall to get back into the college. We were locked out. Jasper is playing Me, moments before I fell into the Mulberry bush. I cut my leg pretty badly, and my pants were trashed, but it was fun.

Hagrid's secret garden in the back yard of St. Hugh's.

I think this was the library building.

This is the main admin building of the college. Very swanky and old-world. Or would "old-school" be more appropriate in this scenario?

Once again, our freezing hero reporting in from Oxford. This was taken at the end of a team building orienteering activity. I think this was the last post me and my team found. Nice hat, eh? Hey, it's warm.

Yours truly mugging for the camera during a busy day of training. Judging from the way we are all dressed, I'm guessing this was towards the end of the course. Too casual.

And here's the creepy old tree that Ron crashes his car into. You know the one.
