Update 6 – 20-Week Beyond 5-3-1

We have now finished up the 3rd rotation in the 2nd 5-week portion of the 20-Week Beyond 5-3-1 program.

In this rotation, on the primary lifts, we did 5 @ 75%, 3 @ 85%, 1 @ 95% and then a set at TM (training max) weight for as many reps as possible.

Here are our results on the TM x reps sets:

Matt
Back Squat – 7 (up 2 reps)
Deadlift – 8 (was supposed to limit to 5, but it felt great)
Bench Press – 11 (up 1 rep)
Press – 7

Pam
Back Squat – 4
Deadlift – 10 (was supposed to limit to 5, but it felt great)
Bench Press – 7 (same as last time)
Press – 10 (same as last time)

Alyx
Back Squat – 3 (same as last time)
Deadlift – 5 (up 1 rep)
Bench Press – 3 (same as last time)
Press – 7 (up 1 rep)
